    Steps to finding, fixing and flipping foreclosures as a rehabber. If you are serious about making money in any business, one thing is certain. You need to find a quality product, study it and then apply it. You must stay focused and not allow yourself to stray from it. Do not look at any other products until you have given yourself a fair amount of time to study the product fully.

    One of the biggest lessons you will ever learn is how to determine the EMV or estimated market value of a property. If you lack the understanding of market value, your foreclosure business simply will not flourish. Fully understanding market value is not quite as simple as others claim. Some investors become upside down on properties similar to being upside down on vehicles the moment they are Is there good money to be made in flipping properties? Could I lose money?
