    About six months after my Weight Watchers fiasco, I decided to give dieting another shot and tried this Book at the urging of a good friend whose father had seen good results with it. I've been pretty active and physically fit for most of my life and didn't really have weight issues until I gave birth to our third son Sean just over 5 years ago. A year after giving birth to Sean, I still weighed 182 pounds and I was so embarrassed about how much I weighed that I knew I had to do something about it.

    Cindy , Florida......Hi there, I am on my 7th day and I lost 10 lbs. This is by far the best diet I've tried. I am just a little worry about losing too much weight but by all mean I don't feel weak or sick. Does taking multivitamin effects the diet? Low Carb Plans DON'T WORK.
