    Real Chef's Giving you their Recipes Tortellini with Tomato Basil I recently accepted a job as the culinary arts instructor at the local technical college. Because of this commitment I am not pursuing the hard copy version of the book at this time. I will be dedicating my time to updating this site with the valuable information taught in the classroom. Stay tuned.
